Service Description:

The Campus Card is a multi-function card provided by the university for its students, faculty and staff. It combines identity verification, library borrowing, on-campus payments, access control and medical services in one card. As technology develops, its functions continue to expand and upgrade. It now supports mobile payment, online top-up and electronic access control, which makes campus life much more convenient.

Password (Reset/Change) Procedure

1. Resetting the Campus Card Password

  1. Forgot the campus card password.
  2. The cardholder takes a valid ID and the campus card to the nearest 卡务点 (campus card service counter).
  3. The card service point verifies the data.
  4. The card service point initializes the password.
  5. At a 圈存机 (self-service card machine), the cardholder sets a new password.
  6. Password reset complete.

2. Changing the Campus Card Password

The card has two passwords: the 查询密码 (query password, 6 digits, used online and at self-service machines) and the 消费密码 (payment password). Change them in any of these places:

  • Phone: 企业微信 → 工作台 → 校园卡 → 修改密码. Changes the query password.
  • Web: 校园卡综合服务 (yktapp.whut.edu.cn, opened from Smart WUT(智慧理工大) → 应用中心) → 修改查询密码. Enter 新密码 (new password, 6 digits) and 确认新密码 (the same again), then click 确认修改. This page only works on a phone screen.
  • 圈存机 (self-service card machine on campus): select 密码修改, then 修改查询密码 or 修改消费密码, and follow the prompts. The payment password can only be changed here.
