On the afternoon of July 3, the Network Center organized a special training session themed "WeCom Empowers the Upgrading of Digital Construction in Universities" for all faculty and staff. The training was presided over by Xiang Jianwen, Director of the Center, and delivered by Zhao Danding, Industry Director of Tencent WeCom.

Focusing on the needs of digital construction in universities, Zhao Danding first introduced the development history of WeCom and its covered application industries. He then explained the university-oriented WeCom architecture from a technical perspective and its integrated application and deployment in multiple scenarios such as teaching, student enrollment, and office administration. Finally, he shared specific implementation cases of comprehensive digitalization driven by WeCom at universities including Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Shanxi University.

This special training provided faculty and staff with a more direct and in-depth understanding of how WeCom supports the upgrading of digital construction in universities, and improved their professional competence in applying information technology to advance digital development in higher education.
