News Network Report On the morning of March 14, Fan Pingjun and Chen Rui, Vice Presidents of the China National Academy of Education Administration, led a delegation to our university for a research symposium. Yang Zongkai, President of our university, attended the meeting, and Zhao Jing, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, presided over the symposium.

On behalf of the university, Yang Zongkai welcomed the delegation from the China National Academy of Education Administration. He pointed out that in the intelligent era, education must "seek development through change" and "strive for strength through change". Wuhan University of Technology has always taken digital transformation as its core strategy and promoted education and teaching reform through information technology. Taking this opportunity to jointly explore digital empowerment in cadre education and training, he hoped to further strengthen cooperation with the China National Academy of Education Administration, explore comprehensive innovations in teaching models, training modes, management methods and support mechanisms for cadre training, and jointly open up new paths for the modernization of education.

Fan Pingjun thanked the university for the warm reception and spoke highly of its remarkable achievements in digital transformation. He stated that Wuhan University of Technology sets a benchmark for digital transformation in higher education. This research provided new development ideas for the China National Academy of Education Administration in digital-enabled resource integration, collaborative management and functional transformation. He hoped that the two sides would deepen collaborative innovation in data governance, teacher training and other fields in the future to make due contributions to advancing Chinese-style modernization.

Responsible persons of relevant departments of our university shared presentations on the overall situation of university informatization construction, digital empowerment in cadre training, digital empowerment of the whole process and typical applications of "teaching, learning, evaluation, management and construction", and campus cybersecurity support. The two sides held in-depth discussions on data mining, platform construction, policy formulation and other topics.

Before the meeting, the delegation visited the University Art Museum and the Educational Digitalization Experience and Service Center (Future Learning Center, Smart Physical Fitness Test Center, and Book Roaming Center).

On the afternoon of March 13, the delegation also divided into groups to conduct research at the Network and Information Center, Undergraduate School, and Organization Department of the University Party Committee, focusing on network information construction, academic administration information construction, and cadre training.
