On the afternoon of April 12, a delegation of officials from the Academic Affairs Office, Publicity Department of the Party Committee, Network and Information Center and other departments of Wuhan Conservatory of Music visited our university for research and exchange.Chen Caijun, Director of the Network and Information Center, Zhou Bin, Deputy Dean of the Undergraduate School, Guo Fangming, Deputy Director of the Network and Information Center, and persons in charge of relevant business sections attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Zhou Bin, Deputy Dean of the Undergraduate School, introduced and demonstrated the university’s online supervision and course inspection system as well as the construction of the school-based teaching resource repository. The person in charge of the Educational Technology Department of the Network and Information Center presented the construction of the public multimedia teaching environment. The two sides held in-depth discussions and exchanges on the planning and management of smart classroom construction, educational and teaching resource platforms, software and hardware resource management, and the construction of teaching environments for small-class specialized courses.

The delegation from Wuhan Conservatory of Music also visited the university’s public multimedia classrooms and smart classrooms.
